Suave and debonair, Charles Tepes is a man of mystery, and occasional high drama. He is surprisingly strong and quick for a man his age, and has the unusual habits of avoiding sunlight, and napping during the day when ever possible.

Charles acts as the main health care provider for The Park's 200+ residents, and several of the outlying farms. Has a clinic that looks like a small, castle structure, outside of the park. A Hearse serves as his car, and ambulance. During the Accident at the Park he saved many lives and worked tirelessly to help the injured, a fact which he never stops reminding people of.
